🌟 Return & Refund Policy

 

At Artsy JP LLC, each product is made with intention and care. We partner with Printify, a trusted print-on-demand provider, to bring our designs to life. Because every item is custom-made just for you, returns and exchanges are not supported for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or a change of heart.

 

💫 What qualifies for a refund or reprint?

 

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, we’re here to make it right. You may request a free reprint or refund within 30 days of delivery. To do so:

 

• Please submit a request using our “Submit Issue” form.

• Include a clear photo showing the issue.

• If multiple items with the same design are affected, please provide a group photo or video showing all items in one frame.

 

 

There’s no need to return the damaged product.

 

🚫 What isn’t covered?

 

• Orders with incorrect size or color due to customer selection.

• Minor print placement variations (up to 0.5” for DTG products).

• Unsuccessful deliveries (e.g., incorrect address or missed delivery attempts).

 

 

In these cases, you may request:

 

• A reprint (additional charges may apply), or

• A partial refund, depending on the situation.
